My houses gone :(

I've been logging in every month/45 days just to refresh my accounts/houses, yet they gone, now there are other houses placed in those spots.
Thought they start decaying after 6 months or something.

I assume you were not in your house when logged in game?
If I recall right, that matters.

In my understanding houses are refreshed every time you log in, doesn't matter where is your character.
Anyway time to move forward, I think this one was my last time in UO.

If your house goes into the idoc stage Ie its been 3 months then in order to refresh your house u need to actually access the sign or open a door. otherwise if u are logging in before it every reaches idoc stage u can just log into the account.
