UOG: Demise

Hi everyone

I'm try recorvery my account. But, I have some small problem.
About what I read at Account Management:

Automated account recovery is only available for registered accounts. If your account is not registered to an email address, please contact an administrator.

So, my question is: how recorvery account without registered email? I'm try find how I can send message to administrator, but I don't see option to send message.

Somebody can give me some suggestion or can help me how solve that problem?
