Two questions:

1) What is the benefit of Sacred Journey over recall?

2) Why do I see so many people macro-ing Sacred Journey to a mining spot, making 3 hits and then Sacred Journeying out?

recal 0.75 speed recall [2/6 casting] // Sacred Journey 0.25 speed recall [4/6 casting]

wrong macro or running off ore in spot
