Used to play, any way to recover old account

I used to play back in 2009, I still have receipts for purchases. Any way to recover the account with those receipts?

it's Selene that does the accounts stuff, they can recover accounts to a point, but past that they will be purged already :/
not sure but 2009 might be too early.
either way send Selene a msg and she'll check for you.
(might take a couple of days cos they are busy)
