I want to demolish my house, what should I do?

Most likwly there are items in the moving create that you need to remove first. Try finding 'relocate moving crate' .... I can't remember in which tab it is... customization perhabs ?

Double click the house sign
Go to Customize
Look for Relocate Moving Crate (it will highlight if there is something in there)
