Poisoning

Just got back from a long break and just for shoots and giggles i decided to GM Poisoning for the 1st time in 10+ years.

What is the best use for Poisoning?
PVM:
Melle, Archer or Mage?
Can we use Serpent Arrow to train on Demise?
Best Template? I like the idea of a stealth assassin but it seems like a wasted 160 points to stealth around when i don't normally die in PVM
Best mobs to kill?

PVP:
Worth it if i normally PVP Solo?
Melle, Archer or Mage?
best Template?
Essential Gear?

PVP people just auto cure with pots and scripts not worth it.

Yes, Serpent Arrow will train your Poisoning skill, but macroing Poisoning on its own is probably faster.

I had a Necro Clever PSN Mage

Use bleed, strangle and poison, it gets pretty hard to cast at that point. But 90% of people do carry pots as Madmarz said.
