I died getting keys to Travesty and wasn't allowed to leave

There are teleporters in every area between wall clicks. You may have to run up a flight of stairs, but you'll find one.

You can always use the physically stuck menu.

paperdoll > Help > My character is physically stuck in the game. {2nd from top} > choose a location and wait alittle bit.
