My Macing Skill Won't Gain.

I have 189 total skillpoints on my character with macing turned up.

it's stuck at 111.6 and refuses to gain.

Kill yourself and x out of game. Relog, res, and return to gaining

Sure you can. Go attack something, intentionally die, and then relog

Who's your target? Does your target have enough defensive skill for you to fail to hit sometimes? (Otherwise you stop gaining.)
