Gates to the Festival Grounds are available outside Luna Bank and West Britain Bank (Felucca and Trammel), a gate to Halloween Town is located by the Healers tent.
DO NOT GO UNATTENDED ANYWHERE IN HALLOWEEN TOWN!!! ANYONE WHO DOES NOT RESPOND TO A STAFFER WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE UNATTENDED GATHERING AND JAILED!!
This applies to any player mobile including ghosts and being hidden.

There is a Temporary Mount vendor & a Fairground Hairstylist, at the Festival Grounds. Come get your Halloween mounts and a New Hair style!
Vendor Market:We will be giving players the opportunity to have a vendor at the festival grounds for the duration of the Festival. There will be 40 vendor spots available in total. These spots are free and if you would like the chance to have one of these vendor spots, please page in game, ON THE PLAYER you want to use, once the Festival grounds are open. The spots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The Candy Goblin has been changed to only 250 candy can be handed in per day, per account. 10 points per candy.
The PvP area has been changed slightly.
A Sage has appeared in Halloween Town.
