no mr on first one which is mage sleeves and energy resist is overloaded with the mage arties not making energy resist have value which makes it not so much imo.
the other two are technically 5 mod but hit point regen is meh i think so they basically 4 mod. the only temp ive ever wanted hpr on is like a stealther, it is useful on all temps but never the desired perfect fifth mod i think. depending on buyer, and if someone is looking for those compared to you just throwing them on vendor or actively selling them id guess 500k-8kk.
