is this crossbow worth anything?

i had this bow just sitting in a random chest wondered if it was anything worthwhile

man probably not terribly much. most archer mage want to use regular bow to use paralyze to set up combo dump. if they are using a crossbow it probably needs at least one hit spell or velocity to make big concussion blow damage. I mean while it has hit chance, sc-1, and balanced, the lack of a 4th mod in the form of SSI, hit spell, or velocity makes this bow kind of meh.
