i dont need the HCI, it's just totally wasted on me as over the cap.
still alright as a 4 mod, but a waste for me to be using it and over the hci cap.
it is a brilliant item, but when you're on your last piece, you dont need brilliant, you need very specific things.
it's perfect if i use totem of the void, but im trying to move over to trinket.
i bought this for 40kk, with no-one else bidding, because this was before people realized lmc and fc are actually super useful.
trinket also makes the DI cap very easy to hit. hci will be useful if you're not using a shield.
