Placed Keep/Castle

I've seen literally hundreds of keeps and several castles sitting empty around the map. I can only assume its for land grabbing or selling so out of curiosity what is a ballpark figure for each of these.
A) Placed Keep
B) Placed Castle

i think you can get a keep fairly cheap.. like a few million.

i sold one a while ago by tokuno for only a few mil.. was a couple of years ago, but i dont think price has changed much, keeps aren't too hard to place.

but a castle you will really struggle to find for sale, maybe like 500kk+
