shame it's not brace, it would pair with crystaline ring and scrappers for sdi suit..
it's tricky now there is so much choice in mage equip and how you make the casting caps..
the other big hitter mage jewel is ofc ornament.. but then you're not using scrappers (cos you'd have 3/7 casting), so you're not stacking sdi.. it's not for a luck suit either, so not using jana or sop..
it's not quite high enough to pair with another awesome loot jewel and ignore the artifacts...
im gonna say 3-5 as a very useful filler ring. but i cant think of a final suit that would use it. maybe someone else can tho.
