Whenever I wanted to place one, I had never spent more than 15-30 minutes looking for a spot for one?

If they truly became a sellable commodity, I might just get onto it!

most people have full house slots already, so when an idoc goes it's often not replaced, unless it's in a unique location

Yeh an 18x18 is easy to get but mine are completely secluded with no neighbors at least 2 or 3 screens away except for my 18x18 at tokuno city

When I was paying 10kk it had to be a killer spot with no one close to me etc

Well last time someone asked me to help them find a spot, I had found 6 spots in about 20 minutes, and he wanted Trammel only, so no fel and no malas.

I finish work early today, if you want I'll do a quick run through and find you a spot if you are available in like 6-7 hours from now.

Yep, i got spot in Fle near Minoc. There is only one Villa near and about 1 screen distance.
