i sold mine @ 30 before halloween
took a few days to sell, needs to be locked down to use it

the giant spider in halloween town drops it
well it did 2 years ago, this last one i think they changed to drop something else. i gave up trinket farming time to get one, then found out it needed to be locked down :<
