Buying bracelet

Paying some good cashola for a dexxer brace.
Required Mods: DI 20+, Fire resist 10+
Other mods I would like: FC/FCR, Str Bonus/Int Bonus, +sampire skill, LMC
I don't need HCI on the bracelet, and won't pay more just because it has HCI.
The best possible bracelet you could sell me would be something like this:
DI 20+
Fire Resist 10+
FC1
5+ Str Bonus
10+ Sampire Skill
