so glad i bought that aof, there was literally no point even trying to make a luck suit without one
apparently if you get 4k luck then *every* loot pack is bumped. i think the mistake people make is expecting great items every time, the real benefit is that when you do roll a nice jewel, it will get the + on top. it doesn't make it any more likely you will roll that nice jewel tho. just that when you do, it will have a fourth or fifth mod, and slightly higher numbers. that fourth or fifth mod might be the one that makes it usable too. actually looking forward to rolling for some items again ^.^
