at 9/10 paces the 2x vel procs are awesome lawl

and at 1 pace its useless, and at 9/10 paces u will be struggling to hit a 2nd time after you can swing. lightning does more then velocity even at 10 tiles unless the person has 50 phys.

His is much better then yours mars sorry. Lightning is 10x better then veloc and 35-40 swing have the same swing rate at 150 stam. And by much better yes im saying the difference of a 50kk bow and a 750kk bow

Not to mention all elemental damage...
