Correct, what tank is trying to say is it wouldnt be good for a bone harvester mage or something where you can get max 15 hci on your weapon. 10 glads 10 trinket 15 weapon= only 35 whereas with a bow with 25hci you can reach 45. But those templates are dogshit outside of duel pit anyway.

What tank doesnt understand, I think, is that the people that can afford a ring like this will have the items needed to make maximum use out of it.
