Valentine's Day

Post by Eos » February 14th, 2019, 12:40 am

❤️ Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️
Characters older than 30 days will receive a small gift when logging in next. Only one gift is given per account.

A beloved quest from the past is also making a reappearance this year... For more information, speak with SinVraal in Luna, or at West Britain Bank in Felucca. ;) (Characters that completed the quest in the past will be able to do it again.)

The annual Pink Harrower of Love event will take place around 5 PM eastern time tomorrow (February 14).

The Pink Harry was defeated!!

Gates to the Festival Grounds have been opened in Luna, West Britain Bank (Tram & Fel). There is a gate to an Open Champ Spawn within the Festival grounds, this will be open until Saturday Morning.

Why was the event only at 1pm on a weekday? Couldnt you have done it a few times throughout the day so people with jobs can attend?

For some people it was at 5am. For others 7pm. For those in Poland it was 11 PM. So as you can see, they are unable to accommodate everyone. When you include the facts that people usually go out to eat on Valentine's and the timezone used by the server has traditionally been Eastern you can see why it was set for 5pm Eastern. There's the answer to your why.

As far as the multiple times, idk the answer to that, other than it's traditionally been a one and done event. At least we get candles this year. :D

I think the reason they dont do multiple times is because they dont want everyone to have the items. that would just mean someone with no life or lover could join the event multiple times during the day and get multiple sashes or whatever else dropped. Just my thought, probably wrong, but its the only thing i could come up with.
