nope.My friends tested it.

However if your ping is higher than 250,its likely you won't notice the difference.

And make sure you hold down 2/5 miniheal while being attacked.

2-5 is better on osi and demise if you hold down the miniheal self
But if you time right 2/6 is better than 2/5, I have to do more testing on 2/6 but the initial test I did showed 2/6 was better

You now get punished on 2/5 casting, same as osi, there still needs a little bit of tweaking. But it’s pretty damn close imo.

No, u can't. Teleport and shadow jump in osi have mechanics to block relative target enemy 1.

Other point, you can use uos in osi. It's very common, like enchanted client. Stop talk about what you don't know.
