By visiting the UOG Demise Donations website and accessing the provided services, packages, information, etc., you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (known as a ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy section below.
I – All donations are final, as all Donation Points are virtual goods and not redeemable or usable in the real world. Due to this, we practice a no refunds/chargeback policy unless an exception (or special agreement) is created under the agreement of both parties (the user & UOG: Demise’s Administration Team).
II – You are responsible for entering the correct contact information for the donation(s) that you will be/are making. If you have inadvertently entered incorrect contact information, please contact an administrator on our forums (https://www.uogdemise.com/community/) or by sending a help request in-game and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
III – We are not responsible for any items received by you or a third party that are lost due to any of the following in-game experiences including but not limited to:
- A server or world wipe.
- A server punishment, e.g. permanent ban, jailing, etc.
- Player character deletion, failure to retrieve your corpse after death, or theft.
- Inability to access the account due to forgetting the password and not having an up-to-date registered email address.
- Sharing account credentials leading to items being taken from your account without your approval.
- Incorrect use of any claimed item (e.g. selecting the wrong skills on a skillball, claiming an account-bound item on the wrong account).
IV – We have full access and control of the donations on our website as well as in-game items. We reserve the right to adjust features or elements of any rewards, content on the website and in-game, refine items to work differently, be fixed or removed, without prior warning, if deemed necessary by UOG: Demise’s administration team.
V – If any of the server(s) or shard(s) on UOG: Demise are to ever shut down, refunds will not be available.
VI – You must be above the legal age of 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any donations on our website.
VII – Making donations on our website for someone else is not allowed unless they grant you personal and explicit permission to do so.
VIII – We do not take any liability for Donation Points or in-game items being sold by third party users.
IX – Attempts to bypass or break our refund/chargeback policy via filing chargeback cases with your credit card company will result in a permanent ban from all UOG: Demise’s servers. These actions may also cause further legal investigation.
X – No information obtained by you from our website or through any other third party should make any guarantee, warranty, conditions or any other agreement of any kind, except for those exclusively shown in these terms.
Privacy Policy: Your information, whether it has been shared publicly or privately previously, will not be sold, exchanged or given to any other company for any personal/commercial reason whatsoever, without the direct consent from the user responsible for the donation. The information provided will only be used for processing the payment, resolving issues, in-game verification of the donation and/or claiming your Donation Points.
